1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what data is processed, and how, when you use the LiveTake application (the "App").
1.2. The App does not require registration or the creation of user accounts. The Operator does not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or any other information that directly identifies you.
1.3. The Operator does not store or maintain any databases containing users' personal data.
2.1. The App operates in two modes:
2.2. The results produced by the App are saved to the project folder you choose on your device and are not transmitted to the Operator.
3.1. Cloud processing is enabled only with your explicit consent and can be turned off at any time under Settings → About. Once disabled, no data is sent to the cloud.
3.2. The stem separation feature, available by subscription, uses the same cloud processing for a track you select.
4.1. In CREATE mode, the audio recording, tempo, and preset parameters are transferred to the third-party service KIE AI — solely to generate the result and return it to you.
4.2. The technical infrastructure (server functions and request routing) is provided by Google Firebase (Google LLC); processing takes place in Google Cloud data centers (region us-central1, USA).
5.1. You can disable cloud processing and any data transfer at any time under Settings → About.

6.1. The App is not intended for use by persons under 13 years of age.
6.2. Data processed in CREATE mode may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States.
6.3. The Operator reserves the right to change and update this Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes take effect once the updated version is published. The effective date is shown at the top of the document, and your continued use of the App after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
